My favorite food is lemon ice cream cake. It is a France lemon ice cream cake

Lemon Ice Cream Pie

Ingredients:

-3 packets of cookies Marys

-2 cans of condensed milk (400g approximately)

-1 can of media cream (approximately 400g)

-8 lemons, but if you do not have much juice can be 10.


Steps:
1. - Squeeze the lemons into a glass so that we can remove the seeds that we go. In a blender put the can of Media Cream, the 2 cans of condensed milk and lemon juice, blend until everything is well stirred. Can also be done with a mixer.


2. - The glass mold is placed Marys crust, split other to fill as much as possible of the base.
3. - Now we bring a little of the mixture that did first on the basis of cookies, they have to put on all sides, or little or a lot.
4. - They will have to repeat this step about 4 or 5 times more, ever cookies and mixing. At the end of the 5th layer of cookies put the entire mixture is left on the mold to make it a thick layer.
5. - We´re almost finished, just have to let it cool a few hours in the refrigerator and the can serve.
